At Elite Stretch Ceilings we aim to provide transparent pricing and reliable service.
1. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure installation dates or order materials.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
2. Cancellation
Customers may cancel installation bookings with at least 48 hours notice.
Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit if materials or scheduling costs have already been incurred.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
- Services cannot be provided as agreed
- A confirmed installation cannot proceed due to circumstances on our side
Refund requests will be reviewed individually.
4. Installation Issues
If there are any concerns following installation, customers should contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.
